Ja, det rekommenderas starkt att plocka undan kläder, leksaker och papper så att städarna kommer åt ytorna. Hur fungerar RUT-avdraget? RUT-avdraget är 50% av arbetskostnaden och dras direkt på fakturan, vilket innebär att du bara betalar hälften. Detta gäller endast privatpersoner. Måste jag tillhandahålla städmaterial? Nej vi har med allt städmaterial samt dammsugare mm. Får jag samma städare varje gång? Vi strävar efter att ha samma städare för kontinuitet och trygghet. Men ibland blir personalen sjuka eller har semester. Då måste vi byta. Vad händer om något går sönder? Vi har ansvarsförsäkring som täcker eventuella skador som orsakats av städpersonalen. Vad kostar det? Priset beror på boyta, städfrekvens, vart du bor och omfattning, men med RUT-avdrag blir det betydligt billigare. Skicka en förfrågan till oss så återkommer vi med pris. Hur ofta bör man städa? Veckostädning, varannan vecka eller var fjärde vecka är det vanligaste, men det anpassas efter dina behov. Vi har ej möjlighet att utföra städ var tredje vecka eftersom det då inte taktar i vårt schema. Måste jag vara hemma? Nej, de flesta kunder lämnar nyckel eller kod så städning sker när man är på jobbet. Kan jag avboka en städning? Ni kan kostnadsfritt avboka städtjänsten upp till 72 timmar före inplanerat städtillfälle. Vid avbokning tidigare än 72 timmar, helg ej inräknat, före inplanerat städtillfälle sker avbokning utan kostnad. Sker avbokning mellan 48 och 24 timmar, helg ej inräknat, före inplanerat städtillfälle debiteras Kunden 50 % av priset. Om avbokning sker mellan 24 timmar eller senare, helg ej inräknat, före inplanerat städtillfälle debiteras Kunden 75 % av priset, vid avbokning samma dag debiteras Kunden fullt pris. Vad betyder städindex? Städindex mäter prisutvecklingen för städverksamhetens olika kostnader. Modellen har tagits fram av Statistiska centralbyrån (SCB) på uppdrag av Almega Serviceentreprenörerna. Syftet är att mäta förändringar i kostnaderna för städverksamhet. Städindex kan användas för justering av priser för städverksamhet i olika typer av avtal. Syftet är inte att skapa lönsamhet för endera parten indirekt på den andra partens bekostnad. Syftet är att skapa en fungerande marknad där index ska möjliggöra långvariga prisöverenskommelser. Städindex har som basmånad maj, och därefter räknas nya värden fram en gång per år (1 juni). Kixon har rätt att när som helst höja priserna för Städtjänsterna. Om Kixon höjer priserna (utöver städindex) kommer Kunden meddelas om detta skriftligen senast en (1) månad i förväg. När kommer fakturan? Fakturan skickas i efterskott. Hur räknar jag ut antalet fönster vid fönsterputs? Varje del som går att öppnas separat räknas som ett fönster. 2-glas fönster = in + utsida. 4-glas fönster = går att öppna emellan.
